In addition, when you make a high jump, the height you can leap increases by a number of feet equal to your Dexterity modifier. ### Combat Disciple Starting at 1st level, your jedi weapons have the finesse property. As a reaction, you can add 2 to your AC against one melee attack that would hit you. To do so, you must see the attacker and be wielding a melee jedi weapon. ### Force Wielder At 2nd level, your jedi training allows you to harness the power of the force. Your access to this energy is represented by a number of force points. Your jedi level determines the number of points you have, as shown in the Force Points column of the Jedi table. You can spend these points to fuel various force features. You start knowing three such features: Force Lift, Force Strikes, and Force Wave. You learn more force features as you gain levels in this class. When you spend a force point, it is unavailable until you finish a short or long rest, at the end of which you draw your expended force energy back into yourself. You must spend at least 30 minutes of the rest meditating to regain your force points. Some of your force abilities require your target to make a saving throw to resist the feature's effects. The saving throw DC is calculated as followed: ____ **Force save DC** = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier #### Force Lift You can spend 1 force point to cast the *mage hand* spell, requiring no verbal components. When you cast the spell in this way, the hand is invisible. #### Force Strikes As a bonus action, you can spend 1 force point to add your Wisdom modifier to the damage dealt by your melee weapon attacks until the end of your turn. #### Force Wave As an action, you can spend 2 force points to force each creature within 5 feet of you to make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, a creature is pushed 10 feet away from you in a straight line and falls prone. ### Jedi Specialty When you reach 3rd level, you choose a specialty that you emulate through your force abilities. Choose Fallen Jedi, Mediator, or Warrior, all of which are detailed at the end of the class description. Your specialty grants you features at 3rd level and again at 6th, 11th, and 17th level. ### Ability Score Improvement When you reach 4th level, and again at 8th, 12th, 16th, and 19th level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. As normal, you can’t increase an ability score above 20 using this feature. Using the optional feats rule, you can forgo taking this feature to take a feat of your choice instead. ### Extra Attack Beginning at 5th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. ### Mind Trick Starting at 7th level, you can use the force to influence the opinions of others. As a bonus action, you can expend 1 force point to grant yourself advantage on a Charisma (Deception), Charisma (Intimidation), or Charisma (Persuasion) check. ### Force Blade Starting at 9th level, your attunement to the force extends to your weapons. Choose a melee weapon to be your force blade. You gain proficiency with this weapon if you don't already have it. This weapon counts as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage, and while you wield it, you gain a +3 bonus to initiative. ### Evasion At 10th level, your instinctive agility lets you dodge out of the way of certain area effects, such as a blue dragon’s lightning breath or a fireball spell. When you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, you instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if you fail. ### Swift of Foot and Sword Starting at 13th level, your speed increases by 15 feet while you are not wearing heavy armor. Additionally, you can spend 1 force point to make a melee weapon attack as a bonus action. ### Improved Combat Disciple Starting at 14th level, your combat disciple feature can be used against ranged attaks. ### Empowered Health Starting at 15th level, you are immune to disease. In addition, you have advantage on saving throws against poison. \page ## Jedi Specialties ### Fallen Jedi Fallen jedi, also known as dark jedi, are force-wielders that have given in to the Dark Side of the force. While not all fallen jedi have received jedi training, many have been corrupted to darkness after being educated in the ways of the Light Side. Unlike sith, fallen jedi serve only their own ambitions and whims, instead of those of the Dark Side. #### Bonus Proficiencies When you choose this specialty at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with medium armor. You also gain proficiency in the Deception or Intimidation skill (your choice). #### Reckless Blows Also at 3rd level, at the start of your turn you can spend 1 force point to gain advantage on melee weapon attack rolls until the end of your turn. Until the start of your next turn, attack rolls made against you have advantage. #### Minor Force Lightning Starting at 6th level, you can hurl bolts of sinister lightning at your foes. Make a ranged attack roll against one creature you can see within 60 feet of you. On a hit, the creature takes lightning damage equal to 2d8 + your Wisdom modifier. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest. ### Mediator (option 1) Mediators are medics and peacekeepers, preferring diplomacy over combat, words over war. They believe that the force can bring people together, unite them in the common cause of spreading freedom and justice throughout the galaxy. #### Jedi Healer When you choose this specialty at 3rd level, you gain the ability to heal others. As an action, you can touch a creature and spend a number of force points equal to your Wisdom modifier. The creature regains hit points equal to 1d6 x the number of force points spent. #### Diplomatic Savant Starting at 6th level, you gain proficiency in the Persuasion skill. In addition, you have advantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks made to discern a creature's intentions. #### Calming Presence Starting at 11th level, you can exert a calming influence on those around you. As an action, you can choose one creature you can see within 30 feet of you. The creature must make a Charisma saving throw; a creature can choose to fail this saving throw if it wishes. You can suppress any effect causing the creature to be charmed or frightened. After one minute, any suppressed effect resumes, provided that its duration has not expired in the meantime. #### Emissary of Peace Starting at 17th level, you are almost impossible to harm if you haven't injured another creature. As an action, you can expend 4 force points to give all creatures disadvantage on attack rolls against you. This effect ends if you make an attack roll or cast a spell. ### The Mediator Jedi (option 2) Mediators are medics and peacekeepers, prefering diplomacy over combat, words over war. They believe that the force can bring people together, unite them in the common cause of freedom and justice throughout the galaxy. #### Force Heal Beggining at 3rd level, when you choose this jedi specialty, you learn the ability to use the force to heal people. As an action, you can touch a creature, and expend 1 to 2 force points. The creature regains a number of hit points equal to the number of force points you spent d6s, plus your wisdom modifier. #### Force Guidance Starting at 3rd level, the force guides you. As an action, you can cast the *guidance* cantrip. You may do this a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier, reganing all spent uses after a long rest. If you are out of uses, you can spend a force point to cast it. #### Calming Preasance Starting at 6th level, you gain the abilty to supress the fears of others. As an action, you can choose a creature within 60 feet of you that has the frightened condition. Then you may spend 2 force poitns to end the frightned condition. #### Impoved Mind Trick Starting at 11th level, you can use your force mind trick teature for not only *charisma (deception)*, *charisma (intimidation)*, or *charisma (persuation)*, but any charisma check, and *wisdom (insight)* checks. aditionally, once between shorts rests, you can use your force mind trick without expending any force points. #### Emissary of Peace At 17th level, you are almost impossible to harm if you haven't injured another creature. As an action, you can expend 4 force points to give yourself resistance to all damage, and to give all creatures a disadvantage on attack rolls against you. This effect ends if you make and attack roll or cast a spell. ### Jedi Warrior [ description goes here] \page #### Force Throw When you choose this specialty at 3rd level, you gain the ability to throw objects using your mind. As an action, you can choose an object within 30 feet of you that you can see. The object must weigh less than 50 pounds, and it must be inanimate. You can spend 1 force point to launch it at a creature within 60 feet of the object. Make a ranged attack roll against the creature. On a hit, the creature takes 1d10 bludgeoning damage. #### Slaying Blows Starting at 6th level, your melee weapon attacks deal force damage equal to half your level, rounded down. #### Heightened Reflexes Starting at 11th level, you have advantage on Dexterity saving throws. See chapter 10 of the Player's Handbook for the general rules of spellcasting, and the end of this class description for the sith spell list. #### Preparing and Casting Spells The Sith table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your sith spells. To cast one of your sith spells of 1st level or higher, you must expend a slot of the spell’s level or higher. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a long rest. You prepare the list of sith spells that are available for you to cast, choosing from the sith spell list. When you do so, choose a number of sith spells equal to your Charisma modifier + half your sith level, rounded down (minimum of one spell). The spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots. For example, if you are a 5th-level sith, you have four 1st-level and two 2nd-level spell slots. With a Charisma of 14, your list of prepared spells can include four spells of 1st or 2nd level, in any combination. If you prepare the 1st-level spell *cause fear*, you can cast it using a 1st-level or a 2nd-level slot. Casting the spell doesn’t remove it from your list of prepared spells. You can change your list of prepared spells when you finish a long rest. Preparing a new list of sith spells requires time spent in meditation: at least 1 minute per spell level for each spell on your list. #### Spellcasting Ability Charisma is your spellcasting ability for your sith spells, since their power derives from your guile and force of personality. You use your Charisma whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Charisma modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a spell spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one. ___ **Spell save DC** = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier ___ **Spell attack modifier** = your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier #### Spellcasting Focus You can use a sith weapon as a spellcasting focus for your sith spells. ### Sith Specialty When you reach 3rd level, you choose a specialty that you emulate through your force abilities. Choose Dark Master, Illusionist, or Sith Lord, all of which are detailed at the end of the class description. Choose a creature that you can see within 30 feet of you. The creature must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, the creature takes 1d8 bludgeoning damage and is grappled by you. While a creature is grappled by you in this way, you can use a bonus action to deal 1d8 bludgeoning damage to it. You can only have one creature grappled in this way at a time. ### Improved Combat Disciple Starting at 14th level, your combat disciple feature can be used against ranged attaks. ### Force Lightning Starting at 18th level, you can use the force to shoot tendrils of lightning from your fingertips. As an action, you can expend your spell slots, up to a maximum of 6. When you do so, choose a creature that you can see within 120 feet of you. Make a spell attack roll against that creature. On a hit, it takes 2d8 lightning damage for each spell slot you expended, and must it succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be *stunned* until the start of your next turn. The first time you use this feature, you suffer no adverse effect. If you use this feature again before you finish a long rest, you take 1d12 necrotic damage for each spell slot you expended, immediately after you cast it. Each time you use this feature again before finishing a long rest, the necrotic damage per spell slot increases by 1d12. This damage ignores resistance and immunity. \page ### Sith Spells

\page ## Sith Archetypes ### Dark Master Dark masters have a control over the Dark Side matched only by few. They channel this power into their force abilities, magnifying them by a thousandfold. #### Archetype Spells You gain archetype spells at the sith levels listed. ##### Dark Master Archetype Spells | Sith Level | Spells | |:----:|:-------------| | 3rd | *hideous laughter*, *ray of sickness* | | 5th | *darkness*, *Tasha's mind whip* | | 9th | *call lightning*, *fly* | | 13th | *black tentacles*, *storm sphere* | | 17th | *enervation*, *modify memory* | #### Esoteric Rejuvenation When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn to regain some of your force powers through meditation. Once per day when you finish a short rest, you can choose expended spell slots to recover. The spell slots can have a combined level that is equal to or less than one fourth your sith level (rounded up), and none of the slots can be 4th level or higher. For example, if you’re an 8th-level sith, you can recover up to two levels worth of spell slots. You can recover either a 2nd-level spell slot or two 1st-level spell slots. #### Potent Spellcasting Starting at 7th level, you can add your Charisma modifier to one damage roll of any sith spell you cast. #### Doubled Spells Starting at 15th level, when you cast a spell that targets only one creature and doesn’t have a range of self, you can target a second creature in range with the same spell. To be eligible, a spell must be incapable of targeting more than one creature at the spell’s current level. For example, magic missile and scorching ray aren’t eligible, but ray of frost and chromatic orb are. #### Force Overflow At 20th level, you can increase the power of your spells. When you cast a sith spell that deals damage, you can deal maximum damage with that spell. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest. ### Illusionist Sith illusionists use the power of the force to create phantasms in the minds of others. The greatest of these illusionists can make their illusions become reality. #### Archetype Spells You gain archetype spells at the sith levels listed. ##### Illusionist Archetype Spells | Sith Level | Spells | |:----:|:-------------| | 3rd | *unseen servant*, *silent image* | | 5th | *crown of madness*, *phantasmal force* | | 9th | *enemies abound*, *fear* | | 13th | *hallucinatory terrain*, *phantasmal killer* | | 17th | *creation*, *mislead* | #### Lesser Mirage When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn the *minor illusion* cantrip, which you can cast as a sith spell. When you cast *minor illusion*, you can create both a sound and an image with a single casting of the spell. #### Lengthy Phantasms Starting at 7th level, when you cast an illusion spell that has a duration of 1 minute or longer, you can choose to double the spell's duration. #### Discerning Senses At 15th level, you have learned to see through the illusions of others. You gain truesight out to a range of 10 feet, and you gain resistance to psychic damage. #### Hallucinatory Reality By 20th level, you have learned to shape your illusions into an echo of reality. When you cast an illusion spell of 1st level or higher, you can choose one inanimate, nonmagical object that is part of the illusion and make that object real. You can do this on your turn as a bonus action while the spell is ongoing. The object remains real for 1 minute. For example, you can create an illusion of a bridge over a chasm and then make it real long enough for your allies to cross. The object deals 3d6 psychic damage to a creature that touches it. You can designate creatures to remain unaffected by this feature. ### Sith Lord Sith lords rule over their subjects with an iron will, punishing any who dare to cross them. They are highly skilled in both their physical and dark side powers, and they can combine both to devastating effect. #### Archetype Spells You gain archetype spells at the sith levels listed. ##### Sith Lord Archetype Spells | Sith Level | Spells | |:----:|:-------------| | 3rd | *searing smite*, *shield* | | 5th | *enhance ability*, *mind spike* | | 9th | *blink*, *slow* | | 13th | *death ward*, *staggering smite* | | 17th | *skill empowerment*, *steel wind strike* | \page #### Quick Instincts When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you use the force to supernaturally enhance your reflexes. You can give yourself a bonus to your initiative rolls equal to your Charisma modifier. In addition, when you take damage from a creature that is within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against that creature. #### Enhanced Weapons Starting at 7th level, your attacks with your sith weapons count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage, and your melee weapon attacks deal an additional 1d4 force damage on a hit. #### Deflection Starting at 15th level, you can use your reaction to deflect the missile when you are hit by a ranged weapon attack. When you do so, the damage you take from the attack is reduced by 1d10 + your Dexterity modifier + your sith level. If you reduce the damage to 0, you can make a ranged attack with the weapon or piece of ammunition, as part of the same reaction. You make this attack with proficiency, regardless of your weapon proficiencies, and the missile counts as a sith weapon for the attack, which has a normal range of 20 feet and a long range of 60 feet. \page ### Bounty Hunter (Roguish Archetype) Bounty hunters are scoundrels who live on the fringes of the galaxy, hunting down people with bounties on their head. They are often pragmatic warriors, not afraid to fight dirty if it allows them to win. They chase down, capture, and occasionally kill those who the wealthy beings of the galaxy put bounties on. #### Bonus Proficiencies At 3rd level, you get proficency in Persuasion and Performance. #### Expert Tracker Starting at 3rd level, when you choose this archetype, you learn how to track with ease. Many gambits enhance an attack in some way. You can use only one gambit per attack. You learn an additional gambit of your choice at 7th, 10th, and 15th level. Each time you learn new gambits, you can also replace one gambit you know with a different one. ***Hunter Dice.*** You have four hunter dice, which are d4s. A hunter die is expended when you use it. In addition, the AC of any vehicle you are piloting increases by 1. #### Living Armory Starting at 10th level, you gain a +1 bonus to your AC while you are wearing medium or heavy armor. In addition, you can draw or stow a weapon as a bonus action. #### Masterful Shooting Starting at 15th level, you learn to defeat foes that are long distances away. You have advantage on ranged weapon attacks against creatures farther than 100 feet from you. You don't have disadvantage on ranged attacks at a long range. #### Gambits Paid Off Starting at 18th level, you learn to target your enemies with unnerring accuracy. Once on each of your turns when you miss with a weapon attack, you can choose to hit instead. #### Gambits The gambits are presented in alphabetical order. ***Hunter's Strike.*** As a bonus action, when you make a weapon attack, you can expend one hunter die and add the result to your attack roll. You can do this before or after making the attack roll, but before the effects of the attack are applied. ***Intimidating Demeanor.*** As an action, you can expend one hunter die to attempt to unnerve your enemies.
