:::: :::: :: ### {{ Warlock: The Dragon }} You've entered into a pact with a formidable dragon, and it has granted you a portion of its immense power. Dragons, ancient and powerful magical beings with strength unparalleled, may share their abilities with mortals in exchange for service to fulfill the dragon's desires. Whether the dragon is benevolent or malevolent, compassionate or fearsome, aligned with good or evil, dragons of various kinds may choose to bestow their formidable powers upon fortunate or perhaps imprudent individuals who dare to engage in a dragon's pact. #### Expanded Spell List The Dragon lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. When casting a warlock spells that deals damage you can change that damage type to your Draconic Blessing. {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} {{width:10px}} In addition you learn to speak, read and write draconic or if you already know how to do so you learn another language of your choice #### Draconic Transformation At 1st level, you can assume a dragon-like form as a bonus action, harnessing a fraction of your patron's power for 1 minute. For the duration of your transformation you gain temporary hit points equal to 1d10 + your warlock level, and you may choose one of the following benefits. - You manifest one of the following natural weapons each time you transform **Tail.** You grow a strong tail that deals 1d10 {{width:10px}} bludgeoning damage and has the reach {{width:13.5px}}property. Once per turn upon hitting a Large or {{width:27px}}smaller creature with your tail you can attempt to {{width:27px}}knock it down. It must pass a Strength saving {{width:27px}}{{width:27px}}throw or be knocked prone {{width:13px}}**Bite.** You gain the maw of a dragon that deals 1d8 {{width:26px}}piercing damage. On a hit, the target must pass a \page {{width:33px}}Constitution saving throw or be left "Bleeding," {{width:33px}}taking 1d4 piercing damage at the start of each {{width:33px}}of its turns. The bleeding ends if the target passes {{width:33px}}a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of {{width:33px}}its turns or receives magical healing. {{width:17px}} **Claws.** Your hands transform into sharp claws {{width:33px}}that deals 1d6 slashing damange. When attacking {{width:34px}}a creature with your claws you can make {{width:18px}} another attack at the creature as a bonus action {{ {{width:17px}}The natural weapons you gain uses Charisma for the {{width:18px}}attack and damage rolls. Pact weapon benefits apply {{width:18px}}to the natural weapon you manifest. For spellcasting {{width:18px}}purposes the natural weapon you manifest can {{width:5px}}serve as a melee weapon worth at least 1 sp }} : * You grow a pair of draconic wings granting you the Wing Attack action. As you beat your wings, each creature within 15 feet of you must pass a Dexterity Saving throw or take 2d8 + your Charisma modifier bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. After a Wing Attack you can fly up to 10 feet without provoking opportunity attacks. : * You gain the legendary breath of a dragon. As an action you can exhale a blast of magical energy. Choose the blast to either be a 30-foot long, 5-foot wide line or a 15-foot cone when transforming. Creatures caught in the area of your blast must pass a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d10 damage of the type chosen as your draconic blessing, increasing at 5th level (2d10), 11th level (3d10), and 17th level (4d10). {{text-align:centerrright You can transform a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. }} : #### Draconic Fortitude {{text-align:centerright At 6th level your patron fortifies your mental resilience, granting you immunity to being frightened, and advantage on saving throws against attemps to charm you. }} #### Draconic Resilience {{text-align:centerright At 10th level your patron grants you resistance to your draconic blessing. If you already have resistance to this type, choose another type among those available as a draconic blessing }} : #### Draconic apotheosis At 14th level your draconic transformations duration increases to 10 minutes and your transformation gains the additional benefits * The natural weapons you grow deals an additional 1d6 damage of the damage type that you chose as your Draconic Blessing : * Your wings now grant you a flying speed of 30 feet. : * As your draconic breath grows stronger, you can now choose a blast area of either a 60-foot long, 5-foot wide line, or a 30-foot cone.
