Fire Giant Jailor

Fire Giant Jailors are less armoured than most fire giants, but their splint mail still covers them from head to toe. Carrying a heavy chain in one hand and a warhammer in the other, they incapacitate foes with the chain and hammer any noncompliants into unconciousness.
Oversized Overseers. Fire Giant Jailers have turned their considerable metalworking skills and martial prowess into the perfect wardens. Manufacting complicated locks, sturdy jail cells and tough shackles. Their sheer presence allows them to intimdate or command prisoners, especially ones they have caught in their chains.
A Jailer will try to take prisoners alive and concious if possible, using their heavy chain to restrain and subdue, walking them into a cell. If prisoners resist then the giant will attempt to render them unconcious with the warhammer.

Multiattack. The giant makes one heavy chain attack and two warhammer attacks. The giant can use chain of command in place of one warhammer attack.
Heavy Chain. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (3d12 + 7) bludgeoning damage, and if the target is a Large or smaller creature, the target is grappled (escape DC 19). Until this grapple ends, the giant can only make heavy chain attacks against the grappled creature and has advantage on attack rolls to do so.
Warhammer. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.
Chain of Command. The giant wraps the chain around its massive fist, tightening the grip and bellows a one-word command. A creature grappled by the heavy chain must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw, or follow the command on its next turn. A grappled creature understands this command even if it doesn't speak giant.
Rock. Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 29 (4d10 + 7) bludgeoning damage.
