## Prince Andru's Court

### Lady Cerena
A young dark haired human woman. Quiet and reserved, and never found far away from Andru's side.

### Lord Diadan Cartan
A elgantly roguish elderly human man. The iron fist within Andru's velvet glove.

### Proconsul Gadaric Main
An elderly human wizard, native of Bral. Once a friend of King Frun. Andru's former tutor, now his Proconsul and chief advisor.

### Mahaxara Khal
A tall, athletic looking ex-groundling human female of barbaric appearance. Captain of Andru's royal guard.

### Mardan Rom
A balding, pot bellied middle aged man with short arms and legs. A wildspace native and said to be Andru's eyes and ears amongst the city. Captain of the Watchers.

### Tiendor Alian
A hansome, rakeishly dressed half-elf man. One of Andru's closest friends. Recently returned to Bral after many years away.

## The Noble Council

### Aric Cozar
A young human man. Son of Calar and nephew of Andru. Resembles his great-grandfather Cozar greatly. Has survived several "accidents".

### Hastain
A middle aged Reigar (http://www.lomion.de/cmm/reigar.php) noble. Known for his never ending parties and the fact that his estate is a den of depravity.

### Basa Lianin
A tall human woman in her mid 20s. The Lady of House Lianin, a thriving merchant family. Trades in silk, spice, rare woods, ale, and wine.

### Kiade Ellodam
Head of the only Elven noble house on the rock. A young and impetuous man. House Ellodam owns a series of taverns and inns, and also a thriving import business.

### Morgan Kullek
A small withered human man, head of House Kullek, the most powerful and wealthy of the noble houses of Bral, owning more than a dozen tradesmen and 4 hammerships. 

### Arkan Mobrodukk
The only dwarven member of the Nobel council. Arkan is over 200 years old, a retired adventurer and has been a member of the council since it was founded by Prince Cozar. Owes most of his wealth to the land granted to him by Cozar and the leases he charges those who use it.

### Isandra Calada
A trim elderly human woman. Inherited most of her fortune. One of the finest hostesses on the rock. Has spent 20 years since her parents death squandering the families money.

### Ellana Cozar
An elderly human woman, wife of the late Calar and mother of Aric. Largely a recluse.

### Tareo Mosantas
A graceful and tall half elf man. Heir to House Monsantas. Leader of the local chapter of the Pragmatic Order of Thought.

## The Council of Captains
### Valkan Riogan
A burly human man in his mid 40s. Rumored to be a fallen paladin but never speaks of his past. Owns and operated Valkan's Legion, the most successful mercenary company on the rock. Selects only the finest, most diciplined warriors. 

### Niesse Hurnoc
A human female. Senior representative of the company known as the Smiths Coster. Known to adhere strictly to the unwritten trade rules of the rock, and often uses those rules as a weapon against rivals who do not.

### Vasgar Eirenfezt
A bony, eldarly human. Senior agent for the Chainmen, a group of independent merchants trafficing in silk clothing and chains... which are often delivered worn.

### Tarillia Moune
An elderly human woman, once a famed adventurer known for her lightning quick rapier and even quicker wit. Owns a number of asteroids near Bral where she runs farms to feed the sky city. Known to have a truely collossal fortune and to give freely to those in need.

### Talosa Baniasar
A hansome elf with a checkered past. Senior agent for the Trading Company, an organisation that recruits mercenaries and sells weaponry.  Talosa handles the buying and selling of weapons while his trading partners deal with the mercenaries.

### Daargaz
Shan-shara Daargaz is the leading representative of the Arcane on the Rock of Bral. While most Arcane representatives serve only a short tenure, when Daargaz arrived he decided he liked the place, and has been a resident of Bral *or at least the space near Bral* since the time of Prince Cozar. Daargaz is a typical Arcane, obsessed with trade, scheming for position, and accumulating wealth.

### Ozamata Ku Murawa
An Underbaron and the head of the powerful trading family Murawa, Ozamata is a human (Shou) man who came to Bral many years ago. Ozamata is a short, elderly man, and is seen as the pre-eminent figure for the Shou culture on Bral. His primary enterprises consist of a Currency Exchange business and a Yakusa brotherhood.

### Gaspar Devilhand
An elderly Tiefling Sorceror, Gaspar is an adventurer and the owner of Gaspar's Reclamations, which specialises in reclaiming ancient and powerful items to sell to the highest bidder. Gaspar owns land on Bral and his company is represented, though Gaspar himself has not been seen since Frun's time as the Lord of Bral.

### Minor Council Personalities
***Kurishi Otobe (Human, Shou)*** A female Shou often refered to as the Dragon-lady. Primarily a money lender and sometimes friend, often rival of Ozamata.

***Nolan DeVries (Human)*** Nolan is the representative of Gaspar's Reclamations, and serves as Gaspar's voice on the Rock of Bral.

***Bianca Micharle (Human)*** Bianca is a human woman in her late 60s, the secretary of the Council, and serves as Andru's represetative. 

## Major Envoys & Emissaries
***Marianon Silmara (elf)*** Admiral Marianon is the commander of the United Elven Armada and current elven ambassador to the Rock of Bral. She is a tall, powerfully built elf with long black hair, and a veteran hero of the Unhuman wars. 

***Ishathrandra (illithid)*** Head of the Illithid Embassy on the rock. Recently vanished.

***Stakahilla (Dracon)*** An old and powerful dracon known to be the voice of dracon-kind in Wildspace and the Kaba of the dracon heard living in Bral. 

***Saerig Tomojak (Giff)*** General Tomojak is considered a hero amoung the giff. He is considered by most non-giff a poor diplomat, but the giff community consider him to be one of thier most valued leaders. Saerig is also the representative of the Giff Barrio and a member of the Council of the City.

***Lord Chan Fu Wi (Human, Shou)*** A very old Shou who is the Immortal Emperor's envoy to the stars. He is aware of the power that Ozomata and Kurishi wield, but chooses to disregard them.

## Others of Note
***Irdana (Human)*** An elderly human female in her early 70s, one of the most well known shipwrights in wildspace. The yards bordering the shipyard are her kingdom. She is also a skilled naval archetect, and the designer of the first Battle Dolphin.

***Meredin Sandyfoot (Halfling)*** A halfling of around 50 years. One of the cities Underbarons and the leader of the Halfling thieves guild. 

***Gamalon Idogyr (Human)*** An elderly human who is known to be the most powerful mage in all of Bral. Gamalon is a retired adventurer. His most noticable feature is that he has been missing one eye, replaced with a green gemstone. He is a landowner and the proprietor of Ganymede's Curios. Gamalon is also known to be a corespondent of Elminster.

***The Juggler (Human)*** One of the cities Underbarons, a slender human woman. She is the master of the thieves guild known as the Jugglers Men. The true identity of the Juggler is unknown, though many believe her to be a member of the nobility or a weathy merchant.

## Guilds, Societies & Orders
### The Pragmatic Order of Thought
One of the few organisations on Bral motivated by something beyond crass gain. Membership is open to any good aligned individual. The Order is dedicated to the advancement of individual rights and liberties. In addition to its political agenda, the Order also runs a collection of safe houses for escaped slaves across Bral.

### The Tenth Pit
An elite and uniformly evil group dedicated to the covert conquest of all the spheres.

### Halfling Thieves Guild
A group of smugglers, burglars, and fences that can lay thier hands on anything on the Rock and then quietly sell it again. A thieves guild, but not an evil guild, opponents of the guild are more likely to wake up with thier pants missing than with thier throats cut.

### The Red Masks

The Chainmen are a group of slavers who operate in many areas and who have been banned from Bral but still operate clandestinely through the front of the merchant house Eirenfezt. The house masqurades as a silk trader owning a number of tradesmen and even some whaleships.
