# Warlock Pact Boons


## Pact of the Arcane

	As a part of the deal you have created with your Patron, they have gifted you with a powerful arcane focus to help you weild your newly granted magical prowess.
   
   The arcane focus received for this pact can take the form of a wand, staff, orb, or rod.   In addition, this focus grants a +1 to spell attack rolls and to your spell save DC. Your focus is mystically bound to you, and can be summoned to your hand at will if you are seperated from it. 

You can also transform another arcane focus into you pact focus by preforming a 1 hour ritual with the new item.  When you create a new pact focus, it retains any magical properties it had beforehand as well as gaining the +1 to spell attack rolls and  spell save DC granted by this pact.  If the item already grants a bonus to these stats, the larger bonus is retained. 

## Pact of the Shroud

Your patron grants you an enchanted garment meant to protect you in your journeys.  This item can range in appearance based on the intent of your patron: taking the form of a dark shroud, an elabroate coat, a noble cape,  etc. 

When worn by you, this cloak grant a +1 bonus to your AC. You can also transform another cloak into your pact shroud by preforming a 1 hour ritual with the item.  When you create a new pact shroud in this way, it retains any magical properties it had beforehand as well as gaining the +1 to AC granted by this pact.  If the item already grants a bonus to AC, the larger bonus is retained 

# Pact Specific Innvocations

### Arcane Evocation
##### Prerequisite: 5th level, Pact of the Wand
After a short or long rest, you can change the damage type of your eldritch blast from force damage to either fire, cold, or lightning damage.

### Shroud of Shadows
##### Prerequisite: 5th level, Pact of the Shroud
You gain the abilty to hide yourself within mysitical shadows that eminate from your cloak.  When in darlkness or low light, you have advantage on stealth checks.  

### Arcane Overcharge 
##### Prerequisite: 5th level, Pact of the Wand
Once per short rest, you can draw additional energy from your Patron to empower your spells.  When you cast a spell that deals damage to a target, you can choose to re-roll up to half of the damage dice (rounded up) for that spell.  

### Arcane Duelist 
##### Prerequisite: 7th level, Pact of the Wand
You can cast the spell "Counterspell" at 3rd level without spending a spell slot.  You cannot use this feature again until you finish a short or long rest.

### Dark Doorway 
##### Prerequisite: 7th level, Pact of the Shroud
By flaring out your enchanted cloak, you temporarily create a shadowy portal around yourself.  Once per day, you can cast the spell "Dimension Door" without using a warlock spell slot.  You cannot use this feature again until you finish a long rest.

### Soaring Shade
##### Prerequisite: 7th level, Pact of the Shroud
You can cast the spell "Levitate" on yourself at 2nd level once per short rest without spending a spell slot.  In addition, while levitating, you can move yourself in the air horizontally at a speed of 15ft.     


### Improved Arcane Focus
##### Prerequisite: 10th level, Pact of the Wand
The bonus granted by your arcane focus to spell attack and spell save DC increases form +1 to +2 . You can choose to take this Innvocation again at 15th level to increase the bonus to +3 .  


### Cloak of Protection
##### Prerequisite: 10th level, Pact of the Shroud
By infusing more power into your shroud, your patron can increase its defensive capabilities  In addition to the +1 bonus to AC received by your pact cloak, it now also grants a +1 to all saving throws.
