## Dragonborn

All dragonborn have been created by the Terradux, the Earth Warden.
He made 10 armies, 10.000 dragonborn strong each.

Each army was a gift to each dragon god, inheriting the personality traits and scale color of the one they served.

The first dragonborn were all lawful, respecting every order / law given by their diety. Since the dragon gods, one by one, departed for their own realms, some dragonborn diverged from their original allignment.

### Proud Heritage

The dragonborn are also very proud of their heritage,
and consider themselves the first, as in the first intelligent
race on the planet, so they tend to look down on all other races.

Dragonborn look very much like dragons standing erect
in humanoid form, though they lack wings or a tail.
They are tall and strongly built, often
standing close to 6 and 1/2 feet tall and weighing 300 pounds
or more.

Their hands and feet are strong, talon like
claws with three fingers and a thumb on each hand.

### Dragonstone, hidden dragonborn heaven.

Most dragonborn live on the island of Dragonstone. As a nation they are quite secretive, ignoring the conflicts of the lesser races.

Should one challenge their rule though, they will face the entire might of Dragonstone, arguably the strongest military force in the world.

### Strive for perfection

A continual drive for self-improvement reflects the self-sufficiency of the race as a whole. Dragonborn value skill and excellence in all endeavors. They hate to fail,
and they push themselves to extreme efforts before they give up on something.

A dragonborn holds mastery of a particular skill as a lifetime goal. Members of other
races who share the same commitment find it easy to earn the respect of a dragonborn.

### Dragonborn Names
Dragonborn have personal names given at birth, but they put their clan names first as a mark of honor. The name might recall an event or center on a habit. When they prove themselves with an exemplary deed, they take up a nickname, that is represented by a latin word describing the feat.
