# Pact of the Eyeballs

Lord Oculon has seen you, and you have made a pact with The Lord of Eyeballs.  Lord Oculon wishes to see all people and societies attain their greatest potential.  The Lord of Eyeballs opposes all violence that supresses autonomy.  Oculon inspires their followers against tyrants and in support of the poor, the weak, and those enslaved.  But above all else, their followers are cursed to see the world as it is, and must see it for what it could be.

### Expanded Spell List
Lord Oculon lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

### Bonus Cantrips
--------------
At 1st level, you learn the Guidance and Resistance cantrips. They count as warlock cantrips for you, but they don’t count against your number of cantrips known.

### Oculon's Blessing
-----------------
Starting at 1st level, Oculon blesses you with great vision.  Your ranged spell attacks ignore half cover and three-quarters cover.  Additionally, you gain advantage on Wisdom(Perception), Wisdom(Survival) and Intelligence(Investigation) checks that rely on Sight.

### Unseeable
-------------
Starting at 6th level, the blessing of Lord Oculon has made you impossible to precieve magically.  Attempts to Scry you fail, and you appear as impossible to comprehend when viewed through means of magical perception, such as from the Arcane Eye spell.

When a creature attemps to scry your location or when a means of magical perception is within 100 ft of you, you can make either a Wisdom(Perception) or Intelligence(Investigation) check vs. the spell save DC of the caster.  If sucessful, you are aware of the magical effect.

### Radical Eyes

Lord Oculon accepts none as above Oculon or their minions.  Starting at 10th level, you gain advantage against any magical effect to Charm, Control, or Dominate you.  Additionally, you are immune to the Blind condition.

### Lord of Eyeballs
---------------
Lord Oculon has consumed your eyeballs and your sight transends sight.  You can still see as though you had eyeballs, and you also gain blindsight with a range of 60ft.  Additionally, you can cast Truesight without expending a spellslot or any material components.  You must finish a long rest before you can do this again.

## Notes by the creator
This subclass was 100% inspired by [Thought Slime](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrr7y8rEXb7_RiVniwvzk9w) and their lovely leftest ideas, bust mostly their silly promotional bit where they try to get you to check out other creators.  I had a lot of fun making this, but I do take all my homebrew seriously, so I really hope this isn't either OP or underwhelming.  It should be noted that I understand Lord Oculon as Chaotic/Good.

Remember, you cannot escape the eyeballs.  Also, I got the eyeball art from Thought Slime's Twitter... not sure where they got the art.  Sorry if that bothers anybody, and I can remove it if it does.
